The Car Dealer Expo (CDX) is the most important conference and expo to the UK retail motor industry, bringing together experts, suppliers and everyone in between within the industry. With latest products on show, best-practice workshops and seminars, the expo offers a great opportunity to help stay ahead of the curve for our clients.
Having attended over the years, there are clear stand-out moments. Hearing from the top people within the industry such as Daksh Gupta (Marshall Motor Group), John O’Hanlon (Waylands Automotive) and John Tordoff (JCT600) was certainly one of them. Discussing the current struggles within their business plus the opportunities they see for the future, it was great to have the reassurance that we were on a similar wavelength with the plans for our clients.
What’s more, through attending workshops with speakers from market leading companies such as CarGurus and Fords of Winsford, we were able to gather hints and tips relating to social media advertising and Google AdWords. As a continuously changing aspect of marketing, keeping up-to-date with what is and isn’t working within many digital marketing channels is paramount to achieving cost effective results.
